About the School
Government Senior Secondary School (GSSS), Upper Lambagaon is a Government institution managed by the Department of Education, Himachal Pradesh. The school is located in a rural area of Lambagaon Block in Kangra District, Himachal Pradesh. It is well connected by an all-weather motorable road and is situated approximately 8 km from Jaisinghpur Sub-Division and about 67 km from the District Headquarters, Kangra.
History of the School
The school was established in the year 1930. It began its academic journey as a Middle School in 1961, was upgraded to a Government High School in 2006, and later attained the status of a Government Senior Secondary School in 2014. Since then, the institution has been serving the educational needs of the local rural population. Now affiliated to CBSE.
